X-LINE PRESTIGE X70

The most innovative yacht in her category

Welcome to your own private island

Created in the spirit of a superyacht, the revolutionary architectural design of this luxury family cruiser offers infinite possibilities and an exceptional volume of living space for ultimate relaxation and life on the sea.

The X70 is the only yacht of this size to eliminate the midship side decks that traditionally use 70% of the beam in a flybridge. This innovative new layout enables 90% of the available space to now be used, allowing the saloon to occupy the entire beam of the yacht and creating an XXL cockpit that is three times larger than that of a traditional flybridge of the same size.

With standard features like a custom hard top with a power moonroof, a stabilisation system, high-end interior finishes and a fully hydraulic swim platform, the X70 has been developed with space, light and luxury in mind.

Increased volume, circulation, interconnection and light … The X70 really is a true architectural revolution, affording you and your guests all the comforts of a luxurious villa and the pleasures of life at sea in a radically new and different way.

PRESTIGE X70 KEY FEATURES

Prestige X70 - TMG Yacths

INTERIOR

  • As you walk through the interior of the X70, it becomes apparent just how luxurious this yacht really is, with the use of exceptional materials such as cashmere, leather and wood, all hand selected to ensure exceptional fit and finish.
  • Surrounded by oversized windows that bathe the space in natural sunlight, the saloon extends to the full width of the beam and has electric windows and blinds that can be easily opened at the touch of a button.
  • The aft end of the salon opens fully to merge the outdoor cockpit and indoor salon as a single continuous living space.
  • The galley includes high-end Miele appliances, such as a four-burner induction stove, a convection oven, a coffee maker, and a residential-sized refrigerator/freezer. Its position forward in an amidships position allows both areas to be easily served from a common location.
  • A private entrance leads below to the master suite, which features a queen bed, a stylish bureau, enormous walk-in wardrobe with a safe and spacious ensuite head with a separate rain head shower.
  • A second staircase provides separate access to the guest accommodations. The VIP suite has a queen bed, an ensuite head with a separate shower, a small bureau, and plenty of storage.
  • The X70 can be configured in either a three-cabin layout with a second VIP suite or a four-cabin floor plan that adds two smaller suites, each with twin beds.

EXTERIOR

  • While most flybridge boats put emphasis on indoor space, the main deck layout on the X70 is almost a 50-50 split between the outdoor cockpit and the indoor saloon.
  • The main deck of the X70 is composed of four well-defined yet entirely open and connected living areas:
      • A helm station, immense and well-equipped, enjoy incomparable visibility;
      • A central galley, the heart of life on board, features easy access to the Flybridge;
      • A cockpit enlarged by 300% is bathed in light;
      • A beach club offers close proximity to the water.
    • Greatly increasing the size of the cockpit brings together interior and exterior living spaces, ensuring entertainment areas flow throughout the vessel.
    • From the main deck, twin staircases in the cockpit lead up to the flybridge. However, the starboard-side staircase can be replaced with a wet bar and barbeque.
    • The flybridge, with its 360-degree views, is an incredible place to entertain with an island wet bar, grill and sink, a table for lunch with a view, a large L-shaped lounge seat, an upper helm station, an overhead hardtop, and a power moonroof.
    • The side decks have been elevated to the flybridge level, and the entire flybridge can be enclosed, if required, for all-weather entertaining.
    • The large, teak-lined swim platform has a freshwater shower and twin staircases leading up to the cockpit. The central section of the transom opens to create a beach club with comfortable seating and a standard fusion stereo.
    • The X70 also enables a personalised layout, with each owner able to choose their own tables, chairs, sun loungers and sofas from a broad offering.

    PERFORMANCE

    • The X70 is designed to take you where you want to be with Volvo IPS technology providing smooth, fuel-efficient cruising with exceptional manoeuvrability.
    • Engine choices include twin Volvo Penta IPS 1200 HP engines or twin IPS 1350 HP engines, giving the X70 a top speed of just under 55 km/hr or cruising speed at just under 40 km/hr, with a range of up to 650 kilometres.
    • The main deck helm station features a single captain’s seat and comfy lounges on either side. Three multi-function, touch-screen displays keep the captain informed at all times, while overhead hatches for added ventilation are a nice touch.
    • Like all PRESTIGE yachts, the X70 features SEANAPPS technology, which enables you to monitor your yacht in real-time, plan and schedule maintenance services and consult the maintenance log, all through a dedicated mobile application.

A big thank you! Everything we wanted on the boat was delivered. Everything works & we were shown how it works. “It’s very very easy, so much space, we just had 4 couples for 5 days, it was very chilled out and relaxed.

    The flybridge is such a big beautiful place with a view, its elevated and we put permanent clears around ours so you can use it anytime, day or night, windy or raining, it doesn’t matter. Lagoon 52F, Infinity II

    There is more enjoyment in a sailboat in that the enjoyment is in the journey as much as it’s in the destination. That to me makes it a totally different experience.

    The advantage of a flybridge to me is the fact you are that much higher off the surface of the water, you can get better vision all around, a greater sense of being on-top of the whole thing and I do enjoy being out in the sun most of the time.” – Jeff D’Albora – Lagoon 52F, Infinity II
