Warranty & Service Coordinator
Join VesselTec as a Warranty & Service Coordinator, supporting Lagoon & PRESTIGE owners with warranty, service, and commissioning across Australia and beyond. Position based in Coomera, Gold Coast QLD.
This key position is responsible for providing exceptional project management as well as ongoing service and support to our yachting clients. Aftersales advice, support and the swift and efficient resolution of warranty issues on our PRESTIGE Yachts and Lagoon range of catamarans both in Australia and overseas is a primary focus of this multi-faceted role. The role also includes the management of commissioning projects and involvement in the wider range of vessels that VesselTec supports.
Key Responsibilities
Liaising with customers, contractors and manufacturers to find solutions to warranty and service items
Managing the commissioning, testing and sea-trials of new luxury vessels
Coordinating service, warranty, maintenance and commissioning works throughout Aus, NZ and Overseas
Supporting Owners with technical enquiries, professional advice and general support
Compiling clear and coherent technical requests and warranty submissions to manufacturers
Assisting with boat shows as well as service-related interstate/overseas travel on occasion
Assisting and overseeing handovers of new vessels (both Australia & Europe)
