We are looking to add an outstanding Service & Support Coordinator to our excellent team based at Quays Marina on Pittwater. In this fast-paced, dynamic and friendly team, your role will involve working with some of Europe’s most exciting new catamarans, sailing yachts and power boats while ensuring that our clients receive the very best possible experience and results.

The Role

As a VesselTec Service & Support Coordinator your areas of responsibility will include:

• Liaising with customers and manufacturers to find and execute solutions to warranty and service items
• Managing & coordinating the commissioning, testing and sea trials of brand new luxury vessels
• Co-ordinating service, warranty and maintenance works throughout Australia, NZ and Overseas
• Supporting Owners with technical enquiries, professional advice and general support
• Compiling clear and coherent technical requests and warranty submissions to manufacturers
